We are looking to hire PEST CONTROL SERVICE TECHNICIAN it would be preferable if you are able to start immediately. Salary (EPF, SOCSO & SIP included) and Overtime.

Job Title: Pest Control Service Technician.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations, entry points, and potential risks.
• Determine the most suitable pest control methods and treatments based on the type of pest and the extent of the infestation.
• Apply pesticides, baits, traps, and other pest control products safely and according to established guidelines.
• Advise customers on proper pest control practices, including sanitation, exclusion, and prevention methods.
• Communicate with customers to address their concerns, answer questions, and provide recommendations for ongoing pest management.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided, including details of treatments, products used, and recommendations for future visits.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to pest control.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of yourself, colleagues, and customers.
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in pest control techniques.

Requirements:

• Must own driving license B2, D and GDL license.
• Proven experience as a Pest Control Service Technician or a similar role.
• Knowledge of different pests, their behavior, and appropriate treatment methods.
• Familiarity with pest control products, equipment, and application techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and protocols.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
